To stick with a Yankees player: Jeter had a 119 wRC+ in the regular season and a 121 in the playoffs. That’s essentially the same (and essentially what Judge’s career numbers will be after tonight) and he’s seen as super clutch

Not hitting for a 178 wRC+ against an objectively better set pitchers than you see in the regular season isn’t very damning imo

My understanding is GameDay uses a single zone for the hitter, while Savant uses a dynamic zone that can be different pitch-to-pitch (if a hitter changes their stance). I default to the Savant zone
