Fairy house #2 was put up at the park today. I filled the split in the stump with tumbled glass to resemble a creek. The 1st fairy house lasted 6 months (unclear if someone stole it or it fell apart); let’s see how long this one lasts. #fairies #fairyhouse #seaglass

Finished Christmas present yesterday visiting the famous Glass Beach and Sea Glass Museum in Fort Bragg, CA. I thought it was illegal to take glass but the museum caretaker patiently explained it’s not and why that rumor exists. There is still small pieces and not like it once was. #seaglassing

A Christmas present was going to Davenport, CA, to look for seaglass there. Decades ago, an art glass studio near the beach was damaged and much of their refuse went into the ocean (the studio is still in operation). We found two teeny multis, which is what this area is known for! #seaglass
