3. I want to be more open to being in The Community. Being open to chit-chatting with parents at daycare, friendly to neighbors, making myself known as someone who can be open and a resource for others.

2. I’m trying to have a low-buy mentality to clothing. I have enough clothes and if I really want something I should try to find it second-hand. And I will no longer be buying any new polyester or acrylic garments! I don’t like them, so even if I like the garment, I’ll be passing on those.

1. I usually plant a flowerbed of wildflowers each year. This year I will be opting to plant native perennials. I’m hoping it will be “less” work, and beneficial for soil health and insects that over-winter in foliage.

I usually use the Notes app for things like this, but I’m going to start posting my current list of goals and actions that are helping me keep a positive and resistant mindset day-to-day.
