Controller remapping is done outside of the game due to the engine (weird, I know...)

Right Click on Gales of Nayeli in your Library > Manage > Browse Local Files

Open Game.ini in Notepad.

Scroll down to Gamepad and swap the numbers around.

Fullscreen is F4 by default

That should do it!
