Bucky was the first person to actually stop and help Rosalind.
Not that she wanted help. If she been conscious she have told him to piss off.
She was alive but just barely.
Her skin was normally pale it seemed to be almost white.
Her pulse was weak and she was barely breathing.

What wasn't in the cards was Bucky randomly stumbling upon her. He had been out and about; having to do some errands that required lots of traveling. The last thing that he expected was to find a woman on the ground.
