We got an all expenses paid trip to NYC to see them on the Monster tour at MSG. First trip to NYC for both of us. We were smitten. Married a year later, but took us until 2012, but we finally moved to NYC. Still here today.

I *actually won the lottery* to see @remhq.bsky.social. Summer of 1995, working a summer catering job in C’Ville, VA. My name was called in an old school radio drawing. 10 minutes to call back. My girlfriend heard it in her office. Phone tag tracked me down at my work site. I called just in time.

(Forgot to credit the Atlantic reporting that preceded Casey’s). But he specifically cited the recommendation algorithm/ growth engine of Substack as a key issue and difference between Substack and Ghost. So I think actually *predicting* the problem counts for more?

The Gristedes at 103st/Broadway is clean and well run with a great staff. But the prices are so across the board exorbitant/exploitive that I want to provide a shuttle for the seniors and lower income shoppers who probably do not realize the same items at the Whole Foods 6 blocks away are 40% less.
