I'd just open up events see like 5-10 houseshows popping off in the area, and then pickup all my boys, and then have a night of live music & meeting new people/learning about causes, all within a few hours time. This is/was a vital resource for smalltown living.

If you are a cis person *please* take 2 minutes to do this. Trans people with non-updated gender markers, historical gender marker changes, and X markers are terrified to travel right now; rolling back this policy would mean a lot.

My suggestion: be unique, argue for trans-inclusive policies, against the constitutionality of the changes, etc.

it really caught me off guard bc i am generally pretty used to skating by- fucked as it is a lot of cis ppl consider your transness quite valid if you are passing and conventionally attractive/feminine. i hadn’t had someone do me like this in years and i don’t have defenses up for it.
