Ooh that sounds good. Opposite of og Cap being "loyal" to her belief, inverted Cap is the complete opposite and.. only cares about getting the job done, plus some benefits. A person that only works in the darkness.

I am basing the design from (accoarding to image search) US Marine dress uniform.
(Full) dress uniforms are for ceremonial purposes, og Cap usually wears service (dress) uniform, which is more informal... at least as informal as an uniform can be.

If I'm going for "complete opposite" then... she's shorter, likes sneaking behind people, and loves shiny jewelry?
It's easy to "bribe" her but there's no telling she will keep the promise. (So she still serves justice *and* got free gifts, woo /j)

The idea of an inverted Cap sounds interesting
