Fan art for my friend @hisiheyah.bsky.social 's graphic novel, Lu and Ren's Guide to Geozoology! If you haven't checked it out yet, please do! The art is downright gorgeous and the story is not only loads of fun, it's really heartfelt too. ☕
Lu and Wren, two child protagonists of the story, excitedly race forward to begin their adventure. The kids are joined by various animals met during their adventure, and all are running along the outer rim of a grassy globe. Inside of the globe are layered biomes. The first is a water biome where giant axolotls are happily soaking and basking in the sun. The second, which is the very center of the globe, is a sunset landscape where giant guinea pigs loom like hillsides.

For graphic novels, especially adult genre fiction, it's incredibly helpful to review it online, talk about it, recommend it to a friend—adult fiction in the graphic novel space is difficult to place, and nothing convinces readers that they'll like a book more than the personal testimonial.
