Sure. But the prosecution has to prove she had prior intent to deceive the mortgage company. And, in the state the loan originated, there has to be a material difference between a private home to be rented (like Airbnb) and a commercial rental property as part of a portfolio. This case is malicious.

Qualified immunity only covers criminal prosecution of law enforcement in the execution of their duties. Maybe this applies now, maybe not. It does not cover civil liability or removal from duties and loss of clearances and blacklisted from government service for violation of ethics and rights.

No it won’t. Not without the Palestinian people having a country of their own. Even before Oct 7, the lived as 2nd class citizens with fewer rights than the Israelis. A ceasefire is not the same as acknowledging a right to exist. Israel knows this.
