This is just a What If.

Story: Jimmy convinced Naomi she can eat junk food after she had been on a diet after losing weight long ago. This caused her to gain weight. Unhappy at first after all the hard work she had done, she now accepted being a fatty as she continued eating more. Jimmy soon joined in as he was gaining weight too. Both Jimmy & Naomi are now extremely overweight, and they are actually happy about it.

Angelina came to Little Ramona's home, and used her magic on Paula in order to help her lose all of that weight. Probably a little too much, but she did restore her back to her chubbyself as Paula pats her chubby belly in delight.
