The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) filed an updated lawsuit last week against HHS Secretary RFK Jr., to disband a panel (ACIP) appointed by RFK Jr. & overturn recent decisions made by that panel. Then, proceed under court supervision. Legal move is to restore expert-led vaccine policymaking.

This dentist was:
• Repeatedly accused of improper tooth implants and root canals
• Placed on probation for 3 years

Interesting to see GOLDMAN — which has been pretty constructive on the sustainability of the AI/capex spend — start to fold in some caution:

“.. history suggests that today’s tight credit spreads may be vulnerable not just to downside risks to the economy
but to increased use of debt ..” 👀

California’s leadership on clean air and climate began under Governor Ronald Reagan and was strengthened by President Richard Nixon — a bipartisan legacy more than half a century strong.

While Trump attempts to put our progress in reverse, California will continue to lead.

What a great long-term recruiting pitch: come do this high-stress job, you may have to work for free at some point — and if you try to feed your family with a side gig, you’ll be punished. 🤡

We’re not going to “fix the Democrats’ brand” by doing TikToks or launching pods. The brand is a direct reflection of our elected officials. If we want to purge our weak branding, we have to purge the weak Dems. I’m looking forward to a robust primary cycle and new Democrats who know how to fight.

Tuesday’s elections were NOT about the Democratic Party.

They were about candidates focusing on the wants and needs of their constituents; about new leaders prepared to fight; about representation in every sense of the word.

Party leaders haven’t absorbed this yet.

and somehow, the winner of “most incoherent take” out of this entire saga is… Nina Turner, who is using this to dunk on Gavin for… passing prop 50????

Democrats were overwhelmingly united on their shutdown demands.

Americans understood that Trump and Republicans were to blame.

Voters made it known last Tuesday that they'll elect leaders who stand up to Trump.

Democrats held the cards — and folded for no reason.
