I desperately want to get Ellen's engine since I kept missing it every time she's been around because it would literally be perfect practically for her stats (she has on Cannon Rotor, so the additional 4% + 20% from Signature passive puts her at 95.4% total)

One reason I highlight this, aside from the project lead calling himself an "AI Soulcaster" as uncanny as that seems, is that people kept telling me before that mihoyo would never do anything weird or untoward with genAI despite Cai Haoyu doing that with his projects because "he left the company."
