Happy birthday, to Scottish novelist, Muriel Spark. As a teenager she would write torrid love letters to herself, signed with men’s names, and hide them in the sofa cushions to shock her mother. One of my fav illustrations from the new Inspired by Cats, Writers and Their Mews(es).
