Awkwardly Tongue Tied

* 2 oz (59 ml) - Dry Gin
* 1 tsp - Fernet-Branca
* ½ oz (15 ml) - Pineapple Juice
* ½ oz - Lime Juice
* ¼ oz (7.5 ml) - Cinnamon Syrup
* ¼ oz - Orgeat Syrup

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lime wheel.
