Bogie did mean to reply right after work last night, but dealing with issues the night before meant was left crazy exhausted, so just ate dinner, put feet up, and just faded out.

Kinda sucks when dreams are so blah that they just blend with reality.

"Fixer-upper" or "project house" means already falling apart.

"Unique" means somebody tried fixing it and made weird changes.
