The craziest thing about Trump’s new war with Venezuela is that he’s still in the Epstein files, there’s still ample credible evidence that he raped young girls, and there’s still a dead rape baby at the bottom of a lake that no one seems interested in investigating.

A woman came in today and literally begged me to get her surgery done before the end of the year because she’s facing an insurance premium that’s tripleing in just a few weeks and she won’t be able to afford her insurance, nor her surgery, after January 1st. Thanks Republicans.
