There are max 200-300 people in the Venezia stands.

And you would think there are thousands. They are LOUD. Between them ringing a firefighters alarm, the drums, the vuvuzelas and the constant cheering, it feels like the most amazing homecourt advantage ever.

Both Schio and Mersin in danger of getting upset on game 1 of the season.

Schio has had an awful defensive 2nd half, allowing many corner 3s which Galatasaray has capitalized on.

Mersin is mounting a comeback, but GSV's Kaila Charles has absolutely been killing them for Venezia. #EuroLeagueWomen

It feels like the entirety of the Valkyries roster is playing in Euroleague.

Playing today: Billings, Ceci, Rupert and Maria Conde. They've all excelled so far through their season opener.

Charles just checked in, Tip has yet to play.
