It’s National Poetry Month and all but, I struggle with poetry. It’s just not for me. But, I have stumbled across some delightful novels-in-verse recently.
I am finding the visual structure of (S)kin both clever and breathtaking. It only took me 275 pages to realize what the author was doing…

I really should be reading for this year’s Mock Printz committee, or finishing that non-fiction book, I can so far describe as fae fantasy historical romance meets Hunger Games, and really, how could I resist? #therosebargain

Our first Pi Day food attempt was foiled by kittens with 0 respect for geometry. Bu we regrouped on day 2, salvaged the scraps, and made an even bigger cake!

We’re all struggling with the news. But until I’m forced to stop, I’ll keep working to create safe and welcoming spaces for everyone. Our Teen Coloring Zone has been popular so I just gave it a February refresh. The love puns gave a glimmer of happiness.
