Yeah, before getting an air fryer, I almost always threw out leftover fries.

Frozen fries/tater tots in the air fryer are a big improvement over oven-baked, too. And refrigerated hashbrowns are much, much less greasy than doing them in the skillet. Pretty much anything potato is good air-fried.
