So things escalated...

What started out as a mild desire to get geared up on Saturday (see previous post) prompted a repeat of my 100x edging antics

I strongly believe this is because the snaps themselves were brass composition so it would have happened eventually.

The only course of action is to cut out the degraded rubber and replace it I'm afraid

If it were me I'd try magnetic poppers instead (encapsulated buttons inside layers of rubber)

Awesome day riding motocross bikes with my Alpha. At long last I got muddy whilst riding off road and I'm thrilled because it feels like I've earned it!

Definitely recommend giving one of days a go if you haven't ridden off road before, they apply everything you need for about £200 you just turn up

I'm finally in a place i can be happy to say the third option is taking place!

I still have a stake in it as my name is on the business and bank account but I'm able to take a big step back and relax knowing it's in safe hands...

1, it ends, no one to drive and we're one full gear event down. Others may come along and replace it, but there's nothing else quite like a GearBlast event

2, someone takes over and changes it beyond recognition and my legacy evaporates
