2/2 He then creates another company to bankrupt, like Trump water and Trump steaks. The “losses“ from those companies offset his gains from his legitimate companies. The profits from his legitimate companies are moved to his offshore companies.

1/2 Seth, you’ve found the trick Trump has used all these years in keeping every dollar he makes. If you look at his financial disclosures, he always opens up an offshore company with a similar name to his American enterprise.

At Saturday's No Kings protest in Brighton, a Rochester suburb, I said to a wealthy business owner "glad to see the capitalists are here protesting."

His reply: "There is no capitalism without freedom."
