An anthro shark with a dog muzzle, bat-like ears, and horns that extend upward. He is verying shades of blue-grey and navy blue. Toda has an alternate outfit where he is dressed in a vest/waiter uniform. The cutoff example of his hands have one paw pad and covers all his fingers.
