No mate, I'm convinced he got a good one, he was in a foul mood before he got asked about that game and his response was something like "it's done, I've moved on" which for him was rather spiky.

I think he's in thin ice, TFG aren't known for patience and it's like he's poking the bear.

Nothing new though, he's never trusted young players.

I've also seen people saying that he had full control of signings but that's not true, there's a committee behind that, everyone was moaning about why they took so long to do stuff so technically they're also not 'his' players.

I've just posted the same thought, I said after that cup game when he was proper arsey with the press that I thought he'd had a bollocking from the higher ups and things haven't been right since, he did it again tonight with McNeill over Dibling.

It's the only explanation I can think of, he's not happy with the squad and the cup game was a jab at the transfer committee, a "see what happens when I play what you got me" kind of thing, he's unimpressed with Dibling and he's made another statement tonight, I don't see TFG being happy.

After the cup game when he played a ridiculous team and the presser came around for the next game, Moyes was proper snappy and off with the reporters and it made me wonder whether he'd had a bollocking, I still think that was the case and he's done it again tonight with McNeill over Dibling....

Because my feed is mostly blues it provides me absolutely no clarity whatsoever about how good or not a player is, so far I've seen shouts that Barry is awful and that he's played so well that he's taken Beto's spot for good 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂

I have to admit he's pissing me right off but he's always been a stubborn bastard.

Obviously I'm no manager but I'd look at moving Garner to RB, dropping either Keane or Tarky for O'Brien and putting Röhl in instead of Gueye, starting Barry and moving KDH back for Alcaraz.
