New discovery in Manchester's Chinatown: Lottie's Bakehouse is officially open. Picked up a hotdog and a chicken-filled bun. I learned today that the hotdog bun is a Hong Kong staple, not just a Western addition.

So glad I picked yesterday for this hike! I started off visiting Jumble Clough Hole, then followed those fantastic old packhorse trails right up and over the valley. The scenery was incredible! Best of all? Only four people spotted the entire time. #hiking #nature

The whole of Victoria station was essentially stopped for 4 hours because of this. I despise our train network signalling system with a passion. It's the bane of my life.

Added a new train cancellation reason to the long list of why my train has been cancelled record. For once I can't even blame National Rail or Northern. This time it's mother nature I'm annoyed at. Absolute chaos at Manchester Victoria.

I've wanted to try Palestinian brewer Taybeh Brewing for ages, so I'm extremely pleased to see that Brewgooder are bringing their beer to UK supermarket the Co-Op. This is a really nice larger. It is a really nice Mediterranean beer style and would be perfect on a summer's day. #bskybeer
