Amazing responses. Summary: difference between service Doms and controlling Doms. But all agree good for a Dom and sub to share wants/fantasies/goals with each other. Politely asking for something is also okay, so long as not in a scene, and the Dom has the final say on execution

Should specify that an open communication style between Dom and sub to share interests, ideas, and fantasies is a great way to know each other. It loves learning what makes a Dom tick, and sharing the same about itself. That is different than controlling a scene as a sub…
