The 250 new neighbourhood health centres announced in the #Budget2025 could improve health inequalities.

But #PsychologyMatters. With a psychological approach embedded from the start, centres could help people access support early, before they reach crisis point.

Awareness is growing, but access to effective care is limited. CBT, mindfulness, & compassion-based therapies can ease symptoms yet more needs to be done.
