Inclusion requires removing the white barriers that favour white people, arbitrary requirement for 2 white European languages of English & French. Public servants who are lucky enough to get in while in school or shortly afterwards have problem with external hires, cliquey #cdnpoli

She was embarrassed about the ignorance. Then she was upset about my "authentic Chinese" suggestions /1

Cdns do peaceful demonstrations well, to pressure their reps to do something. Americans can learn from us. Everything from dumping a load of poop @ constituency office, blocking rush hr traffic, sit-ins @ politician's office. Americans should do it for Epstein files, ICE, & wars #USpoli

So, the Gov't of Canada continues to lay off a LOT of people, businesses also laying off people. There are hiring freezes everywhere, AI replacing jobs, automation, etc. If you're getting tons of rejections, AI reading your resumes & rejecting you, etc, know it's not you it's the tough job markets.
