Note this introduction. When I left the spinal injury unit, my neurology team said "we don't have a name for it. There's no treatment or therapy. Just go home and you'll get better." That was in August 2019 - an osteopath saved my life but I'm still trying to recover.

Who am I? I'm a brain injury survivor, still trying to recover from an injury in August 2019 during a wilderness hike.
