When people move up into leadership roles, they rarely have any leadership training. It's crazy that we just expect individual contributors who are exceptional at their jobs to just jump into leadership roles without training.

Sure they say that. Show's what kind of "experts" they are. People, listen up, this has the fingerprints of "BIG CLEAN WATER" all over it. Don't fall for the SCAM! Real water is brown...and chunky.

Good luck! I used Titebond III on the mitered edges to hold it together. So far it's been rock solid.

A while back I made some floating shelves out of soft maple plywood. They are folded together and I tried to cut the 45's so the grain would be continuous all the way around the board. I think they turned out pretty nice, and matched the rubberwood countertop below them pretty well. #woodworking

I'm planning on a similar project using soft maple but keeping a natural finish. I did a batch of these for floating shelves as well.

Reading it now and loving it. "Blood, Sweat, and Pixels" and "Press Reset" were both phenomenal. Thank you for bringing all of us into the dramatic and sometimes brutal world of video game development!
