—& needed to make a change. It was a hard decision to make, but I decided to step away from the managerial role at my job & focus more on my creative adventures.

It does mean less pay for me, but lbr, I *really* wasn't seeing a difference in my paycheck LMAO (3/4)

This also coincided w/ the sudden death of my aunt.

So for the past few months, I was bouncing between work, mourning, streaming & everything else in between.

2 weeks ago, I reached a point where I realized I wasn't happy. I wasn't making progress in my personal goals—(2/4)

Where have I been this whole summer? Well, I think I made a post a few months back that I received a promotion at my job that boosted me into a managerial role... w/o the pay lol. It did come w/ a raise, but not a significant one. (1/4)
