Today’s walk wasn’t about mileage or step counts. It was about being outside again. About reconnecting with nature. Mott Lake just after sunrise It’s the first day of a 9 day break I’ve been counting down to for what feels like forever. This year has already carried more stress than it should, and I honestly thought today would just be a quiet one around the house, some cleaning, a little resting, maybe catching up on things I’ve been too tired to deal with. And it is going to be that. But when I woke up earlier than expected, something in me nudged: Why not finally go for a walk?

I guess a post about my walk this morning is as good of an intro to BlueSky as anything else. I’m Breanna, not a professional anything, but I ❤️ photography and getting out and exploring my home state of Michigan. Mostly books, and day-to-day life. Would love to connect w/ any1 w/ similar interests.
