My longstanding love affair with @theblowmonkeys.bsky.social started here, about 40 years ago. Only just re-got this on vinyl, so had forgotten what a brilliant album it is. Post-punky, jazzy, dark and sophisticated; brilliant songwriting and musically v sophisticated. Great stuff 👌

Viewing some properties in Macclesfield yesterday. In a derelict and abandoned house, accessible only by climbing and hacking back vegetation, the graffiti started out cool and geographically centred - but quick descended into the hackneyed, schoolboy “cock and balls” staple. Disappointing.

Same issue on a regular basis - and god forbid you should have the audacity to skip an advert; almost always results in the spinning blue circle.

Netflix seems to the only streaming platform with a decent UI - the rest are dreadful 🤷🏻‍♂️
