I believe there are going to be major protests in Minneapolis today. I hope both the protesters and the security remain peaceful. I am 100% for the protesters. Ice are not welcome.

We have silver sneakers so we can get a free membership at participating gyms. Catalyst fitness decided they were not going to honor that this year. Luckily there is an LA fitness not far away and they take it. I am hoping the weather clears up so we can sign up soon.

I am having brunch at Tropical Smoothie. After we are done here we are going over to Walgreens to fix it up for the pharmacy. It is cold out but not as bad as it was yesterday. .

I am not sure why some of these birds do not fly south. I would think it would be very hard for them to survive the winter.

I love looking at mountain pictures. There are not too many of them in Buffalo New York unfortunately but online they're nice to look at.

I love looking at mountain pictures. There are not too many of them in Buffalo New York unfortunately but online they're nice to look at.

I agree with that 100%. To some degree it is happening with the regular police too. Americans are beginning to lose their freedoms.
The massive increase in hiring by ICE with big bonuses and lower standards on background checks, physical fitness, and length of training, makes it one big giant MAGA chud welfare program.

This is not surprising to me at all. However I do find this stuff happening disgustingly. If law enforcement is not going to punish this ice agent the people have to make his life as miserable as possible.

We watched this movie Saturday as part of our movie night. I think this movie was an absolutely wonderful movie. It was very realistic and had some very good messages in it.

We watched this movie Saturday as part of our movie night. I think this movie was an absolutely wonderful movie. It was very realistic and had some very good messages in it.

This is completely wrong. We need to survive Trump for another 3 years and then hopefully after the midterms we can fix some of the damage.
