Time to take care of your mind
February 6, 2026 at 1:41 PM
“When a world breaks, mourn it, even if it’s only a delusion you mourn. Then wake up and begin the process of building it anew in a better vision. Worlds die all the time. It is up to those present to dream it again.”

Sadness is appropriate
February 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Sadness demonized takes power away. It denies the weight if the world. Sadness fully embraced as the moment calls for empowers us to necessary action
February 1, 2026 at 4:30 PM
It is appropriate to handle this like a funeral. Lots of pain and suffering so melancholy is a the mood where we can find the attitude to deal. The word Saturnine hits it on the nose.
February 1, 2026 at 4:21 PM
It is understandable to be sad about the state of things. We carry on and can still can have personal joy, though those moments are a bit muted with the general melancholy that pervades
