Marina Hyde just as wrong to underplay Mandelson's alleged non-sexual sleaze as other people are wrong to underplay Epstein's and Andrews sexual sleaze

These are now two different aspects of Epstein's horrible behaviour one is insider dealing the other, abuse of women

We should not ignore either

McSweeney left Labour Together in 2020 when he joined Keir Starmer’s team. He remained close to the thinktank, which was a key ally of Starmer as he led Labour to election victory in 2024. Josh Simons, now a Cabinet Office minister, was director of Labour Together when APCO was reportedly hired.

The only specific problem is atorvastatin in large doses (80mg), otherwise very, vary safe

You know, as much as yesterday was a debacle for Labour, as a close watcher of politics here and in the US I feel oddly reassured. Our system still works, even if imperfect. Scandals still matter, accountability still exists. Compared with the bin fire in the US, that gives me some hope.
