I would definitely go to one in Spain and then go up to every Brit there and ask how many days they're going to be able to stay there in the sun each year given the loss of free movement...

I'm not lactose intolerant but I did get a slight rash after having too much yoghurt and milk so this lactose-free milk basically has the same effect as lactase capsules but just as a natural part of the diet

It was definitely something chemical going on with my experiment. I was very surprised that the result was so decisive.
I'm using lactose-free milk so as to increase the protein but keeping my lactose burden below 10 G per meal
