I'm pretty sure that the ROKU device I have hooked up to my regular TV's HDMI port does this too, and if not, I'm close to 100% certain that Sling (Hulu Live, YouTube TV, et al.) does: You should disable ACR on your TV right now (and the difference it makes to your privacy)
