I'm beyond excited to show off my very first OC, Flint!

Huge props goes to origameiii for this art and for coming up with his design. I'm not an artist, and the notes I gave her were rough at best. But she managed to make an incredible design that I'm absolutely in love with!!!

Early concept art for the Super Mario Bros. Super Show suggesting the cartoon was planned to have animated public service announcements. While Captain Lou Albano did a similar PSA wearing a Mario hat ("if you do drugs, you go to Hell before you die"), that one was live-action.

In the Super Mario Galaxy games, the staff credits text is always loaded into RAM despite not being needed until the ending. While horribly inefficient, this is inadvertently heartwarming as the games appear to honor their creators by keeping them in memory at all times.

One of the biggest highlights without a doubt was Jun Senoue coming out on stage and performing Escape from the City with Nate. What an amazing way to end an already amazing show.

Shoutouts to everyone who performed at this show, you all killed it. This is a core memory for me.

My second time going to a NateWantsToBattle concert, and my first time going to a concert by myself.

Im so glad I did this. I always miss out on stuff 'cause "I cant go, I dont have anyone to go with"

Yes it was kinda scary, but the amount of fun I had more than made up for it

Slight clarification: The new price for PC Game Pass is $16.49, and the old price for Ultimate was $19.99. I figured since I don't use my Series X anymore I could go with PC Game Pass and save some money. Even then I'm not sure how much I'd use it, and I don't see much value in the other services.

I've stayed subscribed for years now, but the bump to $30 for Ultimate is way too much to justify. Maybe I'll keep PC Game Pass since that's significantly less money (hell, even slightly less than Ultimate), but even then I don't really care about Ubisoft+ or whatever that Fortnite thing is.

So much of the complaints about Pokémon and Nintendo happening right now are based on misinformation, half-truths or frankly not being bothered to read.

That's not to say there isn't place for criticism with recent stuff, there certainly is, but the fact so much is based on that is wild.
