Today is the 34th anniversary of the day my dad had his first major heart attack. He was 41. Heart disease is terrible on his side of the family. He died at 59, and I can't name anyone on his side who lived past 60. It's haunted me. But, I'm 45. I have no signs of heart disease. I think I'm winning
