Diving down a rabbit hole for another post, I learned that there is a US Coast Guard cutter based in Everett named USCGC Henry Blake (WLM-563). Somewhat sadly, it's named for the first keeper of the New Dungeness Lighthouse instead of the original Commanding Officer of MASH 4077.

Considering that he came out of International retirement and dotted down four tries, effectively tripling the number of points he's scored in his International career in one match, I'd say it was still a pretty effective gameplan regardless.
