I'm really hoping that the judge in the NJZ case just terminates their contract and they pay a fee with no fuss. Hybe has been so dishonest with everything that its just surprising that they still believe that njz will work with them.

Right now we need to start focusing on things we can do to reverse and improve. That means recruiting lawyers, community leaders, and others to come up with policies that can help us and protect us in decades to come.

I don't understand why the administration keeps saying that other countries pay our tariffs. This is simply not true even in the most optimistic scenario (e.g., a US importer negotiates something with their foreign partner). If the policy is good, why lie about it?
