I havent had ramen in so long, so I went to @kc_craft_ramen today with my friends. @twinsauce recommended me this place. This restaurant is amazing! I tried the Miso Ramen and it was so good! The staff was very nice and kind. Thank you @lukeharwerth and @paulharwerth for the recommendation!

Wow, what a productive week! A couple of weeks ago, I found out I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. For the past month, something felt off with me physically and mentally, so I’m glad I got myself checked. What I’ve learned is to really listen to your body when something feels wrong. I’m glad I did.

One thing I’ve been reminding myself lately is to stay hydrated—especially during a busy couple of months. It’s been hectic, but definitely rewarding.

I always keep a water bottle with me and a reminder on my watch to drink water.

Here’s another video for Mental Health Awareness Month. Whenever my brain starts to spiral, this song by Em Beihold helps me ground myself. The counting method has really helped with anxiety and panic attacks. This song introduced me to it, and I hope it helps you too.
