In college, we were taught layout in QuarkXPress, then I transitioned to PageMaker, and then to InDesign. Today, I am testing out Canva. My skills have really gone downhill and all my association friends keep telling me to use Canva. So here is to teaching an old dog new tricks.

In other news, all these girls who bullied my daughter because they thought she wasn't good enough for their team are signing with CC or NAIA schools. Like it just warms my heart that they got the same offers as my kid.

KS Legislators just prefiled a ban the cell phone bill in schools. Gun legislation, might be a better idea or in my kids case put some walls up in the school. Whatever, I only have 4 months left of public school hell.

So we completed our first Magic Puzzle last night. Took my daughter and I about 3 partial days of working on it. But it was really fun and frustrating and cool. If you love puzzles and don't have a puzzle OCD then you should do them. Pretty cool.
