I tasted the Mojito Whey.
My tongue sang with lime.

I toured UPFRONT's store and found wild wonders.

I share my odd take in this new video:

★ They rely on luck instead of loyalty.
★ They guess instead of using real data.
★ They overthink design and ignore usability.
★ They skip dynamic content that hooks users.
★ They don’t test what customers actually need.

Harsh, but true.

Everybody thinks it’s easy to grow a winning eCommerce brand.

But it took me weeks of studying 10 Dutch giants to find out what works.

Here’s why people get it wrong:

What’s your plan for 2025?

The year has started. The clock is ticking.

Monday, January 6th. 7:30 a.m. I’m back at my desk.

The coffee is strong.
My resolve is stronger.

2024 was tough. My father passed. It hurt.

Oh wow! I thought it was some modern retro mechanical keyboard. But it's a classic!

Know anyone who runs an ecommerce business?

I'd love to do a free audit if they're open to feedback and allow me to post it online.

For ecommerce platforms, this could mean fewer abandoned sessions and more engaged shoppers.

But here’s the real question:
Would this tweak reduce bounce rates on your site?

The only way to know?

Ever noticed Bol's clever breadcrumb design? 🧐

They added a back button right before the home icon.

✅ It's subtle.
✅ It’s user-friendly.
✅ And it’s pure UX gold.

Why does it work? A back button lets users quickly retrace their steps without losing context.

Maybe your product needs a full overhaul.

Maybe it just needs a few tweaks.

Either way...go for it.

Because small UX wins drive big business results.

Sometimes it’s just fixing the basics—cleaner flows, clearer CTAs, fewer steps.

Everyone thinks UX innovation means wild, new ideas.

But often, it’s the small, thoughtful improvements that make the difference.

I helped a client redesign their user onboarding in just 3 days.

The result?

A 12% boost in activation rate.

Not every design project is flashy.

The objective behind the logo redesign and the new tagline “Copy Nothing” is to seemingly embrace its reinvention as an electric vehicle company.
December 2, 2024 at 6:22 PM
“Looks like a toy Chinese electric car logo,” read one comment on X.

Jaguar quipped that the old logo has been “reimagined” to a user who questioned the company’s objective behind the logo change.

“They don't make cars anymore. They make mistakes,” said another.

People don't seem to like it...

Elon Musk, CEO of soon-to-be rival Tesla commented with a jibe of his own, “Do you sell cars?”

The company replied with a gracious comment: “Yes. We'd love to show you. Join us for a cuppa in Miami on 2nd December. Warmest regards, Jaguar.”
December 2, 2024 at 6:22 PM
I don’t enjoy how much this frustrates me.

Sure, it’s not horrible.
Sure, Jaguar has a plan.
Sure, plenty of people have okay-ed it.

But man, I feel like it could be so much more.
