Test, validate, ship, iterate. No perfection, no hassle, just quick decisions and prototyping.
In my opinion the current agile mentality should evolve a bit too. It shouldn't become obsolete.

I've architected a RAG engine and a local LLM chatbot, then built them all in just a week. I must say architecting part is where you need to pay more attention. Simpler solution architecture comes with less building effort.
