Some bugs only show up when you stop looking for them—
like many things in life.
This has got to be one of the worst redesigns. It looks like something a new AI startup would slap together—no soul, no character, just a soulless logo.

Good, other platforms should offer something similar. Nothing’s worse than an algorithm that’s lost track of your interests over time.
Instagram will let you rebuild your recommendations from scratch
It’ll soon be easier to go nuclear on algorithmic content.

Short answer: Yes, they can. Netflix was absolutely atrocious because their entire infrastructure was designed for a completely different purpose. 60 million viewers isn’t impossible to cater to—we’ve seen it done before.
If Netflix can’t make live work, can anyone?

Will this be any better than grabbing any good 10+ inch tablet, setting up Moonlight and Sunshine, and getting a more powerful, higher quality setup? Plus, the vendor lock-in to Windows already makes it feel like a pass.

Elon right now 😂

Nah, but seriously, this doesn’t make any sense. The only companies capable of buying it are just as bad, if not worse, than Google. Or, of course, China will want swoop in like they did with Opera—but that won’t be allowed.

I know I’m late to the party, but Jake Paul this, Tyson that—folks need to pattern up. The last person I'd be supporting is Jake, but it's clear he was the one holding back, not Tyson. Scripted or not, Paul would've won. And that doesn't make him good, it’s just the reality of man—we age.

I know they’ve been teasing this for a while, but I didn’t expect it to actually happen so soon. Now, it’s looking like an impressive device, and I’m definitely interested. Next step: figuring out how to get Linux to run on it.

At this point, it’s best to wait if you’re building a PC with a 40 series. With all the rumors going around, it’s clear that NVIDIA has moved on from its 40 series. And if the 50 series lives up to the hype, we’re in for a treat. Though power consumption doesn’t seem to be heading down anytime soon.

NGL, for the price, it’s superior enough to Whisper that I’d justify using Assembly. Their Claude integration is also pretty cool.

Is this the dream OS stack? NixOS Base and Distrobox with Arch and Ubuntu for packages/apps, plus QEMU & Looking Glass GPU-Passthrough for Windows 11 when you need those certain apps/games (for the adventurous). I’d say it’s pretty close to perfection.

Take the MagicPad 2, for example: for half the price of flagships, you’re getting the best screen on the market (in terms of visuals), but they’re only supporting the device for about two Android versions. Buying it feels like throwing your money down the drain.
Honor’s disregard for software support is setting them up for failure. They’ve nailed innovation and value for money, but if your device is a brick (software updates falling behind is unacceptable with modern hardware) after a year or two, what’s the point? End-users want more than just hardware.
