Having an instructor retire is heart wrenching. You trust them with your health and at times your feelings. Sometimes they do the same while teaching. I've had two of my faves retire and one (THANK GOD) survive cancer this year. Almost lost another one due to a studio closure. Let them know you care

I don't like what Netflix will do to AEW with WBD in their hands but it's better than Paramount. I am willing to subscribe to an AEW only streaming service.

Phasing through my dairy products and refusing to buy anymore going forward. Tried eating meat again but that disgusting rotten/sour flavor is becoming more prevalent than ever before which worries me. I don't know why some meat tastes like that to me I've been like this forever, I wish I knew why.

Taylor really has no excuse when Sabrina is barely in the same income bracket. Not to mention she does business with ABC who just learned their lesson.
That said it is Taylor Tuesday at the gym and I need 45 minutes of cardio so I can spend all that time mentally shaming myself.

I just want to say, I am thankful for our royal court dancers and Slamson. They go out there every game and put all their effort into every routine no matter what is happening in the game.

I love how everyone helps the contestants playing "High & Low" cheat by yelling out if the card is low or high because everyone on one side of the arena can see the cards.

BTW if anyone is going to the games this week the BOGO sales in Golden 1 are great. I got the cardigan I wanted from last year for $46 and a larger size one for my Dad for $20ish. Keep in mind these were $140 each last season.

If it's playing near you, Rental Family is definitely worth seeing in theaters. It was nice to see a film about life that wasn't explicitly violent or unrealistically dramatic. It was about realistic feelings and different cultural approaches to various life circumstances.
