Yes, it's me, Bunt Wax Era, from down the 3rd base line.

In 1989 I covered a minor league team that featured both Jeff Kent and Carlos Delgado.

Another HOFer bunting card added to the want list.
No shade to Jeff Kent, but his getting in while the others on the ballot didn't, reminds me of Jethro Tull's Crest of a Knave album beating Metallica's ...And Justice for All for the 1989 Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance.
And I say this as a Tull fan. (But not a 1989 Tull fan...)

Update: I now have 701 cards in my collection that depict players bunting.
I was entering the cards into TCDB in the order they were stacked in the pile, and this Shane Mack 1989 Upper Deck card was number 700.

Picked up this lot from the 1937 Ogden's Champions of 1936 set.
I was interested in Tennis HOFer Fred Perry (he started a clothing line you might've heard of).
The other 2 cards - both players are in the Badminton HOF - were a bonus. Not my collection focus but fun nonetheless!
