A civil lawsuit only requires a preponderance (majority) of evidence for success. I do believe that civil tort is a tool that can be used to resist this insanity.

I had a similar experience, a mild headache and no reaction at all to the first vaccine. If Kennedy Jr. had been in office, I would have wondered whether I got the placebo.

I admit to having a firm bias against chiropractic practice, as too many operate WAY outside their realm and established science. That said, one would think that a person who had basic science training would be able to see through the BS that comes from RFK Jr. and his cronies. I am disheartened.

I encourage anyone who has been harmed by the incompetence of the present Department of HHS to file a tort under the FTCA. To me, it seems like a slam dunk. If there is an epidemic or pandemic, it could become a class action. It would make it clear how harmful RFK Jr. is to the U.S.
