So the project started out as a dub of the ps1 game, but I fell in love with the series so much I shifted towards a dub of the whole movie

Here's something really cool. In episode 1x12 of City Hunter, Studio Sunrise went out of their way to animate the phosphor pattern of a CRT tv to indicate people were watching a broadcast.
